# clsBenefitJurisdictionCodeMap

`clsBenefitJurisdictionCodeMap` is an `ExtendedCodeMap` subclass that loads `BENEFIT_JURISDICTION_CODE` into a cached lookup of `BenefitJurisdictions`, populated once via `CodeMaps.GetBenefitJurisdictionCodeMap` and reused across calls until an explicit refresh ([BR-POL-016](../../business-rules.md#br-pol-016-code-map-caching)). Its constructor is `Friend`, so instances can only be created within this assembly (i.e., by `CodeMaps`).

## Purpose
- Load and hold a code-table mapping from `BENEFIT_JURISDICTION_CODE` rows to `BenefitJurisdictions` enum members, recognising only `"S"`→`State` and `"F"`→`Federal` ([BR-POL-012](../../business-rules.md#br-pol-012-benefit-jurisdiction-code-recognition)).
- Serve as the underlying storage returned (and cached) by `CodeMaps.GetBenefitJurisdictionCodeMap`.

## Behavioral notes
- The constructor is `Friend`, restricting instantiation to `CodeMaps` within this assembly.
- Loaded via the framework helper `SAIF.Framework.clsCodeTableBase.Fill(inDPI, MySQL)` against SQL-001, iterating the resulting `clsResultSet` and adding only recognised rows (BR-POL-012).
- Cached in a `Static` field by `CodeMaps.GetBenefitJurisdictionCodeMap`, so this constructor runs at most once per app-domain unless `refresh:=True` is passed (BR-POL-016).

## Constraints and usage notes
